[Solved] Trouble Printing Columns in Writer

Postby Phiapach » Fri Nov 22, 2019 6:01 pm

I am trying to print a document in OO Writer. It has 3 columns. The first two columns print fine but the third is printed under the first column as if there is not enough space on the page.I've checked the paper format and margin settings and everything looks fine. I am printing on a BrotherHL2270DW and running Windows 10Pro. Any help is most appreciated.
thanks

Reduce your page margins to allow more room in the width of the page for the columns. Also check that your printer is using the same size paper as the Page size you are using. One might be US letter at a width of 8.5", the other A4 at a width of 210 mm (8,25").
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.7 on Xubuntu 20.04.1 (mostly 64 bit version) and very infrequently on Win2K/XP

Reducing margins did it. Thank you!
