Label Sheet/Page

Greetings... Working on an existing label document from mail merge. Document format is an Avery Label 5160 format, basically 3 columns 10 rows.
I wanted to add a new label page to add some additional addressees without having to update the database and rerun the mail merge. Writer will not allow me to add an empty formatted page to the existing 2 sheets of labels.., I also tried to just create a blank formatted sheet of labels so I could just manually enter addresses... this also seems to be problematic. Any MultiMate fans out there...
