[Solved] Converting from Office 365

Postby KoolBell » Fri Nov 22, 2019 10:16 pm

Trying to help my Niece with her resume. When editing, adding bullet points they look like this:
- Explain scanning procedures to patients and provide reassurance
- Successfully position patients per scan protocol
- Able to perform outpatient testing including maintaining IV access, printing physician orders, ordering exams, charging exams, and checking creatinine levels - Follow infection control and safety guideline
Highly skilled in administering contrast material
Provide patient care that is essential to the performance of a variety of procedures
Prioritizing multiple exams for each patient in a timely manner
Ability to answer physician questions
Perform tube warm up, calibration and testing
Ability to perform 3D reconstructions in syngiovia
Effectively operate PACS station

Would really like to put them all in a perfect margin.

Thanks in advance

Is that attachment okay?
Problems solved with FIND&REPLACE, Clone Formatting etc.
If it's a converted document it lacks some styles for better formatting; hard formatting like yours makes it cumbersome to work on an entire document...

As erbsenzahl points out
hard formatting like yours makes it cumbersome to work on an entire document.

Since there was not a lot of text I converted it to plain text, removed extraneous spaces, dashes, etc, and reformatted using Styles and tables. It was not always clear what you or your niece wanted so the layout may not be exactly what you intended but I hope this helps.

Using Styles makes editing a document much easier and helps maintain formatting consistency. You may find Working with Styles to be useful.

Thanks all. I truly appreciate the feedback. I have found a work around, and currently doing the formatting myself. Once again, I appreciate the help.
