Does OOo have a binder like MS doc; and, if so, where is it?

Hi and welcome to the forums.

What do you mean by binder? (People here might not be as familiar with MS Office as you are, so you'll have to explain a bit more about what you are looking for.)

This has already been requested: Issue 50773 - Create a document container ala Microsoft Binder but it has only 11 votes (3 years old issue) you should subscribe and vote for it (up to 2 votes per issue).
AOO 4.1.7 on Xubuntu 20.04 and 4.1.5 on Windows 10 (with winPenPack port).
