1 How I put open office into full-screen?
2 How do I attach a file to a post in this forum?

Click on square box at top right of OpenOffice Window.

Use PostReply or FullEditor button. The upload tab is below the Submit button on those screens.
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.9 on Xubuntu 20.04.2 (mostly 64 bit version) and very infrequently on Win2K/XP

You may also want to use the menu item View -> Full Screen.
Windows 10 and Linux Mint, since 2017

That only maximizes the window it does not put me into full screen.
FJCC had the answer to that.

I was finally able to upload a file after closely following the prompts.
