[Solved] Order form

Postby Dropout » Mon Aug 26, 2019 6:19 pm

Good afternoon

With lots of help from this community I have been able to create a dbase of part numbers that we produce and the raw material we make it from.

Now I need to make some sort of order entry form for client's orders. I have a customer table with the appropriate fields but am am having trouble coming up with a form to enter those forms into a separate orders table.

It seems to me that there must be a simple way to not have to manually data enter the repetitive stuff in each record, such as customer name, PO, due date etc. Do I need to have some kind of from and subform for this?

It also occurs to me that some kind of drop down for customer and some kind of verification for part numbers would be helpful if possible.

I tried to attach my dbase but it's too large..

Any help is appreciated.
