Other question - how to change the size of letters in formula and size frame around formula. The vector's sign disappeared : vec{v_{0}} = v_{0x}vec{i}+v_{0y}vec{j},

In the OO Math editor, try Format > Spacing > Category: Borders > Top/Bottom

I don't see the problem, even with no extra top/bottom space, so it could be a font or display problem on your end.

See [Tutorial] Numberings, references and math.

There are several manuals in the documentation - Getting started with Math.pdf, Math Guide 3.3.pdf and MathObjects.pdf.

LibreOffice's 90 page MG44-MathGuide.pdf is probably the best and most comprehensive guide - find it on the LO website.

See the Writer Guide, the Writer FAQ, the Writer Tutorials and Writer for students.

Remember: Always save your Writer files as .odt files. - see here for the many reasons why.
