[Solved] Inserting or importing to Calc

I have written and very basic formula in Math (now Formula) and saved it in my user documents folder. How do I simply insert this into a spreadsheet?

One way is to select the menu Insert -> Object -> OLE Object and then select Formula and Create From File. You will get a dialog that allows you to search for the file.
