Greetings and welcome to the community forum!

The black areas at the sides are there because the presentation page size does not match the monitor. OO Impress scales the page size to fit as much of the slide on the screen as possible. If the page size isn't geometrically similar to the screen size, then you get black areas at the sides.

If you want the slides to fill the screen, you'll have to adjust the page size and then the slide layout and/or picture size. So, from your sample image, the page would need to be wider.

If you're planning on using a projector, that's what you need to match. It may be different than the screen size.

Thanks for the answer.
Yes, I have the projector. Simply I am afraid that the projector will be black borders(
'Slide' - 'Page settings' - it's impossible to make a full screen.

Change the Slide format (/Format /Page) to match the projector format. You may have black borders on your computer screen, unless it is the same ratio as the projector.
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.7 on Xubuntu 18.04.4 (mostly 64 bit version) and very infrequently on Win2K/XP
