[Solved] OpenOffice will not open

I have Open Office 3.4.1 and OS X 10.8.2 (Mountain Lion) - every time I try to open Open Office a window pops up with "The last time you opened OpenOffice.org, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again? - If you choose not to reopen windows, you may have to open and position the windows yourself". and two buttons "don't reopen" - "reopen". Nothing happens whichever button I press and I have to do a Force Quit to shut the programme. It's completely unusable. Thanks and regards
