Message to Sun from a SO8 User

Hi all,
As a long time user of Star Office 7 and 8 I have finally un-installed it and thrown it in the bin, disks, manuals and all.
This is because of frequent bugs during editing complex documents and spreadsheets.
I now rely on OO
The reason for my message [if Sun looks here] is that I tried for several days to access the SO8 patches that I am eligible for and
was notified of by email with links.
Even using SDM [download manager] the link would not work and the patch failed many times at about 30 to 85% of download, so I gave up and installed OO.
Any wonder when it costs $150/Gb to download by Wireless in Australia.
