In Help>Options, there is box with 'To access this command' on a white background.
Problem: I chose a dark blue document background --which is also applied to the help window-- and yellow font colour, which is also applied to the white box, making the text nearly invisible. The text would be totally invisible if I had chosen white characters. Is the box background colour customizable?

I had a similar issue but my background was dark and the font to so it was very hard to see the text, i yo go to tool, options and in the general tab there is a box that say "Help formatting" i just changed to "High Contrast White" and my issue was solved, hope this help you
