I've had this problem for some time now. I realise it may be a windows problem, not OO.
I have an ODS file which I update every day (it's a sort of diary) but it won't update the date/time stamp anymore.
It's stuck on 18/11/23 and stays the same each time I update and save. The data in the file seems to be secure and saving correctly.
Just this one file - all other ODS files I have on the computer update date stamp correctly.
Today I tried copying the file onto an external HDD - and lo and behold, the copy on the external drive has the correct date stamp: 24/01/24.
So I tried copying back to my internal HDD and the copy there still says 18/11/23.
My OO version is 4.1.14; my Windows version is Windows 10 Home build 19045.3803
Gremlins messing me around? Any ideas?

Re: File date/time stamp not updating
You may be seeing the file creation date, not the modification date. This posting might help you change from one to the other.

Thanks for the info - sorry I didn't come back to this thread earlier. Yes (after a fair bit of fiddling) that seems to have sorted it.
