No, it doesn't.
To make the template inactive you can copy all the text from Fedor.odt to a new empty document.
That will disconnect it from the template and connect it to the standard template that is used for new empty documents.
I read somewhere, there is manualy way to set connected tempate active or inactive an change connected template. Something about manualy editing some lines in some file in main file. Not sure about anything.
If anybody know this way, please tell mi detailed instruction, which line to chanege and how.

Indeed, that is what I explained at the beginning of this topic early October (the post with a screenshot).
But why bother with such manual editing when the extension (Template Changer) works perfectly fine? I tried it again and you can deactivate a link to a template and then reactivate if later if needed. It doesn't delete the link at all.

I just tried on 7.2 on my Xubuntu machine and it works fine, and I've adjusted the code on my Windows 10 machine with 7.2 portable (and used it with the previous version 7.0) and no problem at all.
I can't see how it could damage your files.

Well, there are two commands "Assign template". One for current file and another for whole directory.
I not need this for whole directory.
But the first for curent file is unusable for me.
I not need to change template. Just make it active or inactive.
But this command not exist.

See the dialog to change the template for current document:
This is for a document for which I've deactivated the template (hence the first option grayed out).
I can now reactivate it or definitively cut the link.

In LibreOffice I can deactivate connected template.
But Open Office stil ask me then, if I want to update styles or keep old styles.
Template is deactivated , but OpenOffice ignoring this data.
I guess.
