LibreOffice 3.4 Base can not select Background colour

Happy to be able to install LO 3.4, but by the looks of it, when using a form, the background colour selection does not function.

Can that be me, or LO?,

Hello

The backgound of a form document is the page background of your document.

press F11 for the styles and formatting
select page that is the 4th button in the styles and formatting
Select the current page style with the right mouse click
select page background
select the colour

a simple method is:
menu --> Format --> page
select page background
select the colour

It can be good to learn how the styles are working. You can not only use it here but in all documents.

I know I can do that, but when creating a Form in Base, it gives us the opportunity to choose a background colour.
With the new version, it simply stays white and does not change as it does with OO3.3 and LO 3.3.

It is a known reported bug in OOo 3.4Beta and LibO 3.4 RC not solved until now, this is a LibO problem allowing to finishing OOo 3.4 with this bug.
Not all bugfixes was implemented in LibO 3.4, which was solved in OOo 3.4 Beta.

I was hoping that this isue was solved by now, but even with LO 3.5 it is still the case.
You can not set the background colour when creating a form.
It remains white .
It can still be changed to a different colour, but what's the use of the option from the form wizard then?

The whole form wizard is obsolete anyway because it covers only a tiny fraction of the possibilities.
