Hi all,
I am trying to get this right.
I got about 5 rows across the top of a 12 page calc sheet that's frozen that I would to print on top of each page.
Now, when I try to highlight the rows, then select "Format->Print Ranges->Define" Then I try to print the whole spreadsheet, and only the 5 rows print. Nothing else prints. When I remove the print range, the whole spreadsheet prints, but the 5 rows only appear on the first page.
I had it working for about one print job a couple of days ago, but I started to edit the spreadsheet, and it quit working properly.
Thanks
Heeter

Re: Cannot print header on top of each page
Thanks Thomas,
I keep trying that but it keeps only printing the top 5 rows.
Maybe I am not fully understanding your description.

Re: Cannot print header on top of each page
That's because you have to select the area you want to print without the five rows you want as headers first.
Do this:
1)Highlight only the rows you want to print excluding the five rows you want as headers.
2)Format--->Print Ranges-->Define
2)Format---->Print Ranges--->Edit and select the five rows you want to repeat on each page.
3)Read the Help on Print Ranges.

Re: Cannot print header on top of each page
Thanks Thomas,
I kept highlighting the the wrong parts,
Now it works.
The way you described is easier than the way the help file describes it.
Thanks again,
Heeter
