Auto dropdown menu dont work

Hi, Can some one help. My spread sheet wont work the same a microsoft excel. I have a customer spread sheet that I can select contract numbers from a drop down menu, and when I select a contract number the customers name and address should come up, but this dont happen. Same when using microsoft I could double click on a box that had a drop down menu, and the list would drop down, but this dont happen, you have to click on the arrow at the right and then select what you want?

Can some please help.

PS I changed my macro settings to low, but maid no diffrence.
