[Solved] Need to start displaying page numbers from page 4

I have a problem with my thesis. I need to start displaying page numbering from page 4 and start counting them from the title page starting with 1. And it should be displayed correctly also in the TOC, I couldn't do it with word 2010 all I managed to do was to was get it to show them from page 4 with field codes but then it still displayed everything wrong in the TOC, tried googeling it but couldn't find anything. I have almost no experience with Openoffice. I would really appreciate if some one could help me as my thesis is due on friday.
