ODT file wont open up anymore :(

Hello, I have a problem. I had 17 pages of text / pictures and now when I try to open it up it asks something about ASCII-settings... Document opens in OpenOffice but there is only ################# in the document! Can somebody help me with this? Ill attach the file, and few screenshots! I really appriciate if somebody can help me with this so I wont loose the work I have done!

i'm afraid that file is corrupted beyond repair. You'll have to revert to a backup. If you haven't been making backups, you might just be lucky and find on in your user profile. See: [Tutorial] The OOo user profile.
