Could you give examples of words or sentences that make OOo think it's Czech or Hungarian?
You can upload a sample file here if needed.

open a writer black document and type "kohko" (it's a fake word i invented).

if i right-click on it, OOo suggests me the word is "Slovenian".

i don't understand how OOo could still suggest me languages that have benn deleted

i deleted all langueges except english, italian, french and german; i still have non slovenian dictionary in the share/OOo/dict folder)

I confirm, I got the Slovenian entry as well. Seems to be similar as that thread: faulty language selection.

Perhaps it's worth a bug report to restrict the language guessing to the languages installed only. [Tutorial] Reporting bugs

In fact, after some searches, I've found that one: Issue 66798 - language detection in context menu is broken. I've added comments, you should subscribe and vote for it (up to 2 votes per issue).

I tag the thread as Issue.
