The application OpenOffice.org cannot be launched -10661

Has anybody else seen this? I am trying to use it on my Mac OS X 10.4.11.
I have a fresh install of the OS X with all the updates and am trying to use the OpenOffice 3.0 Beta 2.
"The application OpenOffice.org cannot be launched -10661".
OOo 3.0.X on Mac OSx other + Vista

I am not a Mac user, but OOo 3.0.0 rc1 is newer. Also 3.0.0 rc2 will be out this week.
