There is a chapter in the Administration Guide about this:

:knock: Not sure why one of you computer science majors didn't catch this but if you:
1) download the 'DisableFirstStartWizard' file to the OpenOffice.org/program FOLDER
2) RIGHT Click on the file and select open with OpenOffice...
tada
you really don't always have to be a nerd.... :geek:

The way I did it for all the users on Terminal Server W2k3 is batch file in GPO
download DisableFirstStartWzd_ooo33.oxt from http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wik ... ion_Wizard to C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 3\program

---
@ECHO OFF

C:
cd C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 3\program
unopkg add --shared DisableFirstStartWzd_ooo33.oxt

exit
---
