Could you be a little more specific?

Do you want to download the OpenOffice application, to install on your computer?

If so, try http://download.openoffice.org

Are you looking for OOo's JAR files? They are located in the OOo installation directory in the subfolder program/classes. On Windows XP for example in a folder similar to

c:\program files\openoffice.org 2.4\program\classes

Take a look there.
OOo 3.0.1 on Ubuntu 9.04 • OOo 3.1.1 on Windows 7 RC and MS Windows XP

I do not think there is a version for any type of cell phone yet. Maybe there will never be one we will just have to wait and see.
