Post by spookefoote »

Could someone please explain how to use this. I used to use it and now I forgotten what I did.

I can't help with the extension, but this might be of use: [Solved] How to open Publisher Files in OOo.

That extension hasn't been updated or worked on since early 2007. The guy who originally wrote it seems to have abandoned the Windows world and gone over to the Linux.

Most of the extensions and add-ons are written by volunteers and other all-comers, very few of them are written or maintained by the OOo developers themselves. It might just be that that it can't cope with Pub 2007 file formats. Not much chance of it being updated either, apparently.
