I am trying to install to Vista Home Premium, and I get this error message: "Error 1304.Error writing to file cli_cppuhelper.dll. Verify that you have access to that directory."
I am the administrator on my machine and have all privileges.
Any help would be appreciated.

make sure the old quickstarter is not running
shut off your virus scanner
shut off windows defender
Right click on the install program, and select run as administrator.
Tell Vista to continue
The install should go smoothly.
If you have any maleware scanner running, it must be disabled.
There are different levels of administrator. Having an administrator account is not enough.
Good luck.
