Can't open my file. Nothing but ##'s

Hello

i have working on my business plan for over a week now and now if i open my business plan i get this: i maybe pressed the button discard it after i saved it and open it again

After i click it i get this

I have to get this done by monday or else ill be screwed!!!

I suspect that the file is already corrupted beyond repair. If you have made backups, revert to one of those.

If not, cross your fingers and check your user profile for a backup copy: [Tutorial] The OOo user profile.
