[Solved] Cant install OOo version has already been installed

hi everyone

I installed version 2.3.1 some time ago but I deleted it by mistake :/.
Now I want to install OpenOffice again but now there is an Error while installing saying the same Version has already been installed

I deleted the folder in Programmsdir,Appdata and all items in the registry with OpenOffice in thair names...but still the error occurrs :'(

Someone got an issue how to fix that?

You should try the cleaner utility : Windows Installer CleanUp Utility.

If the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility doesn't fix the problem, try temporarily removing the Upgrade Codes as suggested in this post: Re: Error 1714.

ok great i downloadet the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility and now it works perfectly
