Windows 7 Install
I've installed OO3.1 on Windows 7. OO3.1 works fine when you are logged in as a standard user. When logged in as administrator it errors out and will not run, it gets a Fatal Error and says the application cannot start "An Internal Error has occured". Any help would be appreciated.
