How to create a Find Record button in Forms?

Post by liberty »

Hi everyone!

I am currently building a database for equipment tracking and can't find how to create a Find Record button. I have already created the following buttons: Save, New, Previous, Next, and Delete, however Find Record is not listed. Also, I'm not to familiar with creating macros (if this is the solution), so please explain in detail =)

Your help is greatly appreciated! Thank you everyone! =)

Use built-in record search, binocular on Form navigation toolbar.

Thanks for the reply, however I would like to create a Button or something similar (i.e. the Save Button, Next Button, Delete Button, etc). I do not want any toolbars showing when the end user will be inputing data into the form.

Thanks!
