I export eps files(for use in LaTeX) of my drawings and it has been quite convenient to convert them to PDF all at once using the eps2pdf (see http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/support/eps2pdf/). All I get is a blank image. The eps2pdf utility uses Ghostscript (gswin32c.exe) and I have installed the latest version and pointed eps2pdf to it. I don't encounter this problem with other eps files. I am currently using oo 3.2.0. I don't recall having this problem before oo 3.x.x.
Does anyone else have this problem? Should it be reported? Where?

Re: eps oupt not convertable with gswin32c.exe in eps2pdf
Can you attach a sample that's giving you problems?
Maybe the original Draw document would be best, or if you want to attach the PostScript output, just put it in a zip archive and attach that.
We can at least see if it's a general problem.

Re: eps oupt not convertable with gswin32c.exe in eps2pdf
I have attached an odg file and would have attached the corresponding eps file but I got the following message "The extension eps is not allowed.". The problem should be reproducible with OO 3.2.0. Just export it as a postscript, convert it with eps2pdf and you should get the same blank 1k file I got.

Hmm... well, after all that, I'm not sure what to tell you.
I can run ps2epsi or ps2pdf on the PostScript output from your .odg, and both of those seem to work fine--at least I can view the eps and pdf output. But I can's say if they will work any better for you or not.
Here's what I get if I test your eps file:
OTOH, the eps file I get from ps2epsi fails the same test.
Here are the two output files I got, in case you want to give them a try.
