BUG in Draw 3.2: arrows disappear after update from 3.1.1

The problem was not before i am updated Open Office from 3.1.1 to 3.2.
Description: I am using black Windows XP theme with white text on black background. Open Office Draw show properly all default system colors except arrows in "Line Ends with Arrow" (or "Connector Ends with Arrow", etc).
How can we fix or go around this regression?
