Hi and welcome to the forum.

Have you tried to play with the memory options in Tools>Options>OOo>Memory? Does it just stop to display (with a box and a logo)? If you export as PDF, do you see all the pics?

Thanks to add '[Solved]' at beginning of your first post title (edit button) if your issue has been fixed.

Is the menu Edit > Links active? If so, check there and see if any of your images are linked. If they are, check to see if they can be accessed; e.g. you may have inserted a linked image from a USB thumb drive which is no longer in place, or in a different slot.

Perhaps Draw isn't the best tool for this.

Have you seen Scribus?

I've tried all settings and the problem starts after 30-35 pages.
I'm starting to think it's memory issues.
The only thing that saved me was the ability to export to PDF in 6-10 page increments.

I'll work around it by working 10-20 pages at a time.
Hopefully someone else will come across the same problem and have the time to figure it out..

You might find it helpful to consult a Sun document on using OOo to edit large documents, linked from

Maybe, although this is a problem with Draw. I'm not sure how much Writer and Draw have in common in this area.

The absolute number one key to getting any problem fixed is being able to reproduce the problem. Until that is possible, it's unlikely that anything can be done to fix the problem.

If you have a document that shows the problem--even if it's not 100% of the time--please submit a bug report and attach your document to it. [Tutorial] Reporting bugs or suggestions
