As the title states I would like to Embed a set of dynamic calc charts in impress. I have to update the managers each week using retail data in calc and about 20 graphs. What I would like to have is the ability to make the changes in the spreadsheet and when I am ready, save the calc sheet and simply open the impress file which will be updated with the latest updates from the calc sheet.
I can embed a calc sheet but this is not what I want, just the dynamic graphs.
Cheers for the help and for making my life simpler

What is Impress doing for you in this case? Do you have to make an actual presentation, or do you just have to give them the charts to look at?
If you don't need the presentation features, would a PDF made from Calc do the job?
As far as I know, there's no straightforward way to get what you want, other than copy/paste the charts into Impress.

From the menu:
Insert -> Object -> OLE Object -> Select "Spreadsheet" and "Create from File and mark "link" , then select your Spreadsheet.
Now just doubleclick the chart and move the window of the shown part to the chart.
