Organization chart in OpenOffice

Dear All,
how can we edit organization chart in open office, in MS Office is working by double clicking on object but in Open office we are not able to make changes.
Please look into attached file.

Right click on picture and select "Break". It will separate all objects on picture, but you can edit it.
AOO 4.0 and LibO 4 on Win 8

Open Office can display charts made using MS Office tools. Editing is a different task altogether. Generally, you can convvert the chart to objects that OOo can handle, but those objects are most likely not logically grouped anymore (text doesn't move with the box it belongs to, connectors don't follow connected objects, etc.).

Unless the change needed is a minute one, or the chart is very complex, it will probably be just as easy to make it from scratch, as a Draw object.
Apache OO 4.1.12 and LibreOffice 7.5, mostly on Ms Windows 10
