[Solved] Is a vertical master slide available in Impress 3.1

Post by Cosmicquark »

New to using Impress 3.1. I like the fact can convert to a PDF file for viewing, but only has the horizontal pages from the master slide. There is no rotate feature or vertical for a slide. Would be great to have vertical slide for documents. I could not find any templates online. I am not a programmer, but can this be done, or available?

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand what you're after.

Do you mean that you want to create a presentation where the slides are in a "portrait" aspect (taller than they are wide), or do you want to take a normal, "landscape" aspect presentation and print it on portrait pages?

If you want to make a presentation with portrait slides, just do Format > Page > Page > Orientation: Portrait.

If you want to convert an existing landscape presentation to a portrait aspect, that's a little more complicated.

The portrait aspect was what I was looking for, that I missed in the menu. Simple enough, Thanks!
